We love it when Maarit is on a roll and happy to share her tricks for a sugar-free everyday life.
Marinades can be a scourge. Especially those you buy ready-made, which are often full of all sorts of sugars, that can trigger unwanted behavior (be especially careful with HFCS – High Fructose Corn Syrup).
That’s why you get 3 quick marinades here instead that you can try using on meat or chicken. Something to enjoy with the warmer season coming now.

Marinade 1, recommended for chicken
2 dl olive oil
1 tbsp Anna’s Super salt
1 tbsp lime/pepper spice (use Santa Maria, for example)
1 tbsp herb garden spice (Tex Santa Maria)
Pour all the ingredients into a glass jar/bottle with a lid and shake everything together.
Put the chicken pieces in a bag of marinade and let it settle for a while
