Our normal eating habits are Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Sometimes, however, a starter can fit in wery well – especially if you are entertaining guests or want to do something special for celebration. Adding a delicious starter to the menu is way better than going in to the area of desserts
This dish i really great. Simple, decorative and delicious. You need to have some foresight as it contains gelatine and needs about 4 hours in the fridge to settle properly.
Ingredients for 4 servings as shown in the photo:
- 2 gelatin leaves
- 2 dl whipped cream (40%)

- 1 dl finely cut chives
- Some moves with the pepper grinder
- 2 spice measures Anna’s Super salt
- 1 small jar of vendace roe, 4 lemon slices and chives for decoration
To do this:
- Start by putting the gelatin leaves in warm water 5 minutes
- Heat the cream until lukewarm
- Squeeze out the gelatine and add the lukewarm cream, let it dissolve
- Now mix in the chives, red onion, sour cream, salt and pepper
- Pour into decorative serving glasses and set cold to solidify for about 4 hours
- Decorate with lemon, chives and vendace roe and serve.
